What's up! I'm Dr. Ann and I learned early on that acquiring income-producing properties is key to creating generational wealth and leaving a legacy. After unexpectedly becoming a single mother to my daughter who was diagnosed with Autism, I knew I had to get my house in order. Upon reading a book while serving in Iraq, I knew my life would never be the same.
Fast forward....I've dug myself out of the trenches and now own several properties in multiple states which includes part ownership in a $15 million dollar mixed-use development community. I truly believe that knowledge is power so I'm now on a mission to educate and equip wanna-be real estate investors on how to turn their dreams into doors by getting their first investment property.
